Tim Richards, MBA
Senior Partner Tim is an accomplished leader and health care executive with twenty years of managed markets, sales, and managerial experience in mid-size pharmaceutical companies. He has broad-based expertise in managed markets strategy development, pricing and contracting strategies, managed markets new product launch plans, external corporate policy and communication, and development of individuals. Tim is recognized by peers and colleagues as a visionary executive. He has been a catalyst for change and voice for the adoption of innovative strategies and tactical execution.
Tim’s approach with clients and colleagues is relationship-driven, and informed by an active listening approach, coupled with his analytical efforts for problem resolution and change enablement. Tim is an excellent communicator.
Tim was most recently the Executive Director of Institutional and Government Strategies at a mid-size global pharmaceutical company. In addition to this role, he has been an executive in Managed Markets, including the following key areas: development of comprehensive pricing and access strategies, branded and non-branded payer focused initiatives, management of sales and key account teams in all payer markets and creation of new sales teams focusing on institutional and long-term care channels. Tim led cross-functional teams focused on Master Data Management profiles and customer & third party data functions in relation to key payer data stratification and Managed Market strategies.
Tim has a BS in Marketing from the College of Business Administration at Marquette University, and a Masters in Business Administration, focused on Marketing & Finance from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University.
